Since 1990, International House - Vancouver (formerly ILLC) has offered ESL classes in a friendly, personal atmosphere. We are a member of the prestigious International House World Organization and we offer a structured learning environment with experienced ESL instructors. Our classes are small, which provides a more intensive learning atmosphere for students who have the ambition to learn quickly.

We are conveniently located just ten minutes from downtown Vancouver, and within walking distance from Kitsilano Beach and Granville Island. IH Vancouver is different from other schools.

For students requiring accommodation, we offer homestay with Canadian families, an off-campus dormitory, or a student house. All include a private bedroom, access to laundry facilities, and all are located reasonably close to the school. Homestays include three meals per day.
