Pan Pacific International English College (established in 1997) is located in the centre of beautiful downtown Victoria and is open year round for our adult students 18 years of age and older. We also have a second summer youth campus, which is open in July and August for students 10 to 17 years of age. PPIEC is Canadian owned and operated and has adult intensive ESL, summer youth ESL, High School Prep, the GAC University Foundation Certificate, TOEIC, Business English, and TESL Canada recognized diploma program. PPIEC has homestay as well as our international residence. Our focus is on each and every student's personal success both in homestay and in their ESL or TESL classroom.

PPIEC was established in 1997 and is a private Canadian owned and operated ESL and TESL College in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. PPIEC was founded by Thaddeus K. Monckton B.Ed.,M.A.Ed.Admin, CEO, an educator since 1983. Thaddeus has extensive experience in international education in Canada, the United States, and overseas. Thaddeus has been in the education field since 1981 both in the private and public sector, as well as working for the Ministry of Education in British Columbia as the Provincial Coordinator of International Education and Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism. PPIEC Mexico City has been operating since 2001.
