Stanley Medical English Academy is a specialized school for foreign trained medical professionals and students. Our main focus is helping medical professionals to be able to communicate effectively in English in medical settings. As well, we offer programs for doctors and nurses who would like to pass the CRNE and MCCEE/QE exams. We provide small classes and our teachers are university educated in medical fields and highly experienced in teaching.
We arrange visits to hospitals, medical clinics, and nursing homes in order for the students to experience the Canadian medical system. Depending on who is studying with us at any given time, we will take the students to the facilities that best match their specializations or interests. For those students taking the four month diploma program, students will get a one month practicum in a medical facility where they can use the English they learned in class. |
